From the moment we’re contacted to schedule your initial visit, our administrative professionals will be there for you. They’ll provide you with the necessary information and registrration forms, including those for medical history and insurance, while connecting you with the proper clinic representatives.
For new and existing patients, our intake and referral coordinators ensure the relationships between you, your referring physicians or ophthalmologists, and our medical staff. They will enable appointment coordination, medical documentation, and the knowledge of what you can expect in subsequent visits.
Our retina team also includes highly skilled ophthalmic technicians and medical consultants, trained in cutting-edge equipment and techniques. They will put you at ease, carefully describing the steps involved for any diagnostic tests or screenings, or in-office treatments.
